Dom Lindars

CEO

Dom is an experienced marketing, engineering and management veteran with a passion for technology and innovation. As a pioneer of online marketing and web site management, he helped revolutionize the way that demand generation and lead management can be done. During 12 years at Oracle Corporation, Dom gained comprehensive marketing experience in a range of field marketing, product marketing and corporate marketing.

In the fall of 1999, Dom and Erik Bower founded the e-Marketing group. Under Dom's leadership, the team grew to a group of 85 developers and marketing professionals running Oracle's global marketing infrastructure and operations.

As a product architect, Dom drove the strategy and direction for Marketing Automation, Lead Management and Web Content Management for both Oracle's Application Server and CRM Application products.

Dom holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics with Electronics from the University of Exeter in England.

Dom is also a member of the Board of Directors.


Erik Bowers

Erik Bower

VP of Marketing

As VP of Marketing, Erik Bower oversees the marketing, overall vision and product management for Marketbright.

Erik Bower brings over 12 years of experience running large enterprise marketing operations groups. Previously, he managed the Veritas Internet Marketing group and before that was a cofounder of the eMarketing team at Oracle. At Oracle, Erik's team was responsible for generating over 4 million leads and rolling out over 3,000 campaigns globally, as well as designing and developing marketing applications.


Before he began his technology career, Erik worked in the financial industry working as an OTC stock trader, a floor broker, and a commodities trader.

Erik holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.

Erik is also a member of the Board of Directors.


Mike Pilcher

VP of Worldwide Sales

Mike Pilcher has more than 20 years of business and enterprise software sales experience from both enterprise technology and financial services companies, including Oracle, Sybase and FDC. Before joining Marketbright he served as VP WW Sales at Hyperroll, where he more than doubled company revenue. Prior to Hyperroll, Mike served as GM Financial Services at TradeBeam, opening new markets and opportunities in the Global Supply Chain. Prior to TradeBeam Mike served as EVP WW Sales at Velosant, which was successfully acquired by Harbor Payments.

As VP Sales at Epiphany he was responsible for growing revenues by over 100 percent year on year. Prior to Epiphany, he served as SVP Worldwide Sales at Tenfold Technology. Prior to Tenfold, he served as the Divisional Manager for U.K. Financial Services at Sybase and before that ran the Oracle U.K. Insurance Group

Ronald Weissman

Director and Chairman

Ronald Weissman is a Venture Partner with Apax Partners and joined the firm in 2000.   Weissman has more than twenty-five years of experience in high technology operations and marketing. Prior to joining Apax Partners, he was Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Marketing for Verity, a global leader in corporate information retrieval software. During his tenure, Verity's executive team was awarded the large company turnaround of the year (1999) by the Turnaround Management Association and the company saw its market capitalization grow from under $50 million to more than $1.5 billion, and was listed two years running among the top ten technology stocks by the New York Times.

A member of Phi Beta Kappa and a Fulbright Scholar, he received his B.A., M.A., and Ph.D. degrees from the University of California at Berkeley.


Howard Lindzon

Director

Howard Lindzon is a Partner and Principal at Knight's Bridge Capital Partners. For the last 10 years Mr. Lindzon has managed his hedge fund Lindzon Capital Partners and recently he sold his startup videoblog Wallstrip to CBS Corp. and continues to spearhead the show and web video as a consultant for CBS.

Mr. Lindzon has tremendous insight into new media industry and is a very active angel investor in the financial and internet business sectors. Mr. Lindzon also writes one of the most popular financial blogs at howardlindzon.com with over 50,000 unique visitors/month. Mr. Lindzon (through his hedge fund) has made many successful minority angel investments including Rent.com (sold to Ebay in 2005 for $415 million), Lifelock (lead investors include Bessemer Venture Partners and Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers) and Internet Brands (NASDAQ). Through his hedge fund Mr. Lindzon is currently invested in a number of new media and internet businesses including, MyTrade.com, Limos.com, Covestor.com and Blogtalkradio.com.

Mr. Lindzon received an MBA at Arizona State University and an MIM from The American Graduate School of International Management.


Ian Sigalow

Ian Sigalow is a Principal with Greycroft Partners LLC.

Prior to Greycroft, Ian founded and served as CEO of StrongData Corporation, a pioneer in thin-film, digital encryption.

Prior to StrongData, Ian spent several years as a venture capitalist with Boston Millennia Partners, where he focused on early stage investments in the software and telecommunications industries. His past investments include Airpath Wireless and SensorLogic.

Ian's past experience also includes investment banking in the technology group at Donaldson, Lufkin, and Jenrette and strategy consulting with the Arnold Business Strategy Group.

Ian holds a BS in Economics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an MBA from Columbia University Graduate School of Business.

Rene Bonvanie

Senior Vice President, Worldwide Marketing, Partner Programs,
and Online Services, Serena Software

Rene Bonvanie brings nearly 25 years of executive management and marketing experience in the enterprise software industry to Serena. At Serena, Mr. Bonvanie's responsibilities include developing business and marketing strategies to consolidate Serena's position as the leader in application lifecycle management (ALM) and capitalize on future trends in application development, such as Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), Web services, and Software-as-a-Service. He also leads Serena's efforts to develop partner relationships and go-to-market activities for new products and services. Before joining Serena, Mr. Bonvanie served as SVP and GM of AppExchange and Developer Relations at salesforce.com.

Mr. Bonvanie holds a bachelor's degree in Economics from Vrije Universiteit in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
