Marketbright is an early stage, fast growing start up in the CRM - Marketing Automation space.This is an exciting opportunity to get in at the ground level at a company that is poised for rapid growth. We are looking for somebody who can take over the management of development for one of the principals. This is a natural progression in the maturity of the company and this person will be key to our ability to continue our fast paced growth. Work is non-routine and demands an ability to move quickly and innovate. In a small company like this, you have to be prepared to roll up your sleeves and do some of the development yourself if need be.
Start Date: ASAP
Location: San Bruno (sorry, no telecommuting) We are near BART and Caltrain.

Experience:
- A minimum of seven years of project management, product design or related experience required.
- Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others.
- Fast learner with ability to understand and solve complex problems
- Excellent communication skills
Education:
Bachelor's Degree
Required Skills:
- Experience with AJAX and/or PHP
- Some experience with Oracle
- Strong project management and customer facing skills
Desired Skills:
- PL/SQL
